How does shipping work for YA! Boxes?

💜YA! Box is currently shipping to all of the continental U.S., plus its territories, military installations (APO, FPO& DPO), and all of Canada.

💜 YA! Box will ship with a tracking email within 15 days of the date purchased. If you have not received such an email, please check Spam/Junk folders before reaching out to support.

💜 YA! Box is packaged and shipped in batches, so you will receive your tracking email within a range of dates. Even if you normally receive your tracking email on a certain day, that date could vary from month to month.

AK, HI, & territories - within 25 days of billing
❣ Canada - within 30 days of billing

💜YA! Box currently utilizes a variety of shipping companies (including USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post etc.). We’re always exploring options to get your box to you faster-, and with as minimal a carbon footprint as possible.

💜Shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 bordering states) is $10. Those outside of the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. territories, and Canada) pay a shipping fee of $15 per YA! Box.

What is the YA! return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of YA! Boxes and limited quantities of product, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We understand that not every product is for everybody, so we do our best to source a wide range of products for our glow-getters to fall in love with each month.

How can I qualify for FREE shipping?

We know everyone hates to pay for shipping- even us. Unless there is a free shipping promotion, free shipping is reserved as a benefit for the following subscribers: Founder's Club members, semi-annual Curated or Basic subscribers, and quarterly and semi-annual Deluxe subscribers. Those who are eligible for free shipping will only pay $10 for shipping on their initial subscription at checkout, subsequent bills will not include shipping fees. All others will split the cost of shipping with us and be billed a flat-rate shipping fee of $10- it's not free, but it IS deeply discounted. 😇

What if my products are damaged?

We take the utmost care in curating and packaging your product box and hate to hear when things have not been delivered in tip-top shape; however, we understand that sometimes things happen. Depending on your subscription level- Curated, Basic, Deluxe, there is a certain number of guaranteed full-size products. If you don't have enough undamaged full-size products to meet the minimum, please email us at Support@youthamplified.us within 14 days of delivery, send photos and we will do our best to replace full-size products while supplies last. If we do not have the stock available to replace the products, then we will provide an additional product the next month, or issue credits towards add-on products.

How can I manage my subscription?

Managing your subscription is easy. Click the login link at the top of this page. Using your customer portal, you can update payment methods, billing, and shipping addresses, upgrade/downgrade, skip a month and, *GULP* cancel your subscription. We would hate for you to leave us, but we understand that sometimes things change. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you may be asked to provide a reason; which may help us to better serve our glow-getters or make adjustments down the road.

When will I be billed?

If this is your first YA! Box (Welcome! *crowd goes wild*), we will bill you immediately based on your selections at checkout.

Following your initial purchase, if you choose a month-to-month subscription, we will bill you between the 15th and 20th (depending on your delivery) for your subsequent YA! Box. For example, if  June was your first YA! Box and it was delivered on the 10th, you will be billed no later than June 20th for your July YA! Box.

Quarterly and Semi-annual YA! subscriptions bill 90 days and 180 days (respectively) from the initial subscription date. If your initial subscription order was placed on June 1st, quarterly subscribers will be billed again on August 30th for the next quarter. Following the same example, semi-annual subscribers bill again on December 27th.

Which box will I receive- this month or next?

If you subscribe on or before the 25th of the month, you will receive this month's box, while supplies last. If we sell out of a box, you will be notified and next month's box will be your first box. If you subscribe on the 26th or later, then next month's box will be your first.
